Warehouse LeadLocation: Eye, SuffolkSalary: £24,793 per annum (£26,395 per annum from 1st April)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pmContract: Permanent  We’re thrilled to be recruiting for a Warehouse Lead to join our client’s team in Eye, Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive individual to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a busy warehouse environment.As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll take on a dynamic range of responsibilities that combine:

• Team leadership
• Administrative support
• Customer service
• Despatch coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly calls with customers to update them on monthly despatch schedules.
• Book and coordinate orders with customers, ensuring accurate and timely despatch.
• Maintain precise records of stock movements to support inventory management.
• Oversee the building and quality of products to meet required standards.
• Perform accurate data entry to keep records up to date.
• Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to customer queries.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
