Warehouse Manager - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

Pure are pleased to be supporting a key account of ours who are looking for a Warehouse Manager.Main Duties:

• Oversee all warehouse operations staff across Goods In, Despatch, and Decorated/Tour hub departments.
• Manage Goods In/Out stock logging to ensure accurate client stock records.
• Utilize company order/stock/distribution fulfilment systems.
• Ensure accuracy in garment and customer pick orders/splits
• Ensure timely dispatch of daily customer consignments for both UK and international markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
• Deliver training to both new and existing staff.
• Lead Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring daily and monthly inspections are completed and best practices followed.

Person Specifications:

• Solutions-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse operating systems and practices.
• Extensive experience in warehouse management, particularly in goods in/despatch and stock control within a busy, high-volume environment.

• Standard Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Flexibility: Required to work outside standard hours during peak periods

• Minimum of 4 years in Warehouse Management
