• Proven experience in a similar role (essential).
• Demonstrated proficiency in core warehouse and stock control functions.
• Methodical and process-driven approach.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with WMS systems, coupled with intermediate to advanced IT skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding company processes within the team.
• Hands-on leadership style in the warehouse, setting high standards by example.
• Track record in team management and recruitment.
• Successful history of implementing efficiency improvements and elevating standards.

As Warehouse Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee all logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring seamless business operations and sustained success. A typical day in this role includes:

• Oversee all warehouse functions including goods receiving, precise storage, picking, and order dispatch.
• Ensure timely and efficient shipment of ecommerce and store transfer orders, adhering to agreed KPIs and transfer schedules.
• Resolve any picking issues or stock shortages promptly to prevent order delays and address underlying stock management concerns.
• Dynamically manage staff to mitigate bottlenecks and backlogs during peak periods or busy days.
• Proactively uphold and elevate warehouse standards to ensure optimal operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Salary: €47,435.76 - €53,365.23 / £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
