Warehouse Manager - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking

Sheffield

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Management team. If you are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and have a passion for warehouse management & distribution, we want to hear from you!

The Candidate

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Previous experience in warehouse management or warehouse leadership role
• Forklift Truck License is highly desirable  
• Retail & distribution experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, including product maintenance, distribution, and inventory control.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and adherence to health standards.
• Optimize space utilization and implement efficient operational policies.
• Manage a team of 6 full-time warehouse operatives, assigning roles and overseeing daily activities.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers, transport firms, and store managers.
• Uphold company policies and mission, ensuring smooth execution of warehousing and distribution activities.
