Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Near Hatfield - Hertfordshire

Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm - Monday - Friday

Salary: £25k - £26k per year

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join the team. The Successful candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our Warehouse!

Job Responsibilitys:

• Picking and packing
• Unloading of deliveries
• Assist in compiling daily reports
• Keep the management informed of any problems
• Working as a team member with good work ethic
• Attention to detail when completing tasks and high accuracy levels
• Ensuring you play a part in a safe working environment / house keeping
• Receiving and booking in deliveries - keeping the warehouse organised
• Working to quality standards
• Provide cover for annual leave and sickness
• Carry out periodic stock checks in line with company schedule
• Deal with reactive client enquiries both internally an-d externally - there will be occasions that the role is customer facing
• Forklift counterbalance required for the position
• Must be able to lift up to 50kg
• Working at a height on occasions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the role or similar
• Uk driving license required
• Self motivated and disciplined
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Warehouse experience
• Computer literate
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 30kg
• Trustworthy and honest
• Hold a current valid counterbalance forklift license
