Natures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and "food-to-go" for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there’s lots more to us than the products we make.

You will already have

• Ensure Company Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.
• Ensure all Customer requirements are met.
• Maintain stock control/ integrity in the area of work.
• Liaise/communicate with all other team members where necessary.
• Maintaining Stock Accuracy throughout all processes.
• Meet required deadlines through prioritising own work.
• Ensure all communications required are clear and concise.
• Keeping required information/data/records for auditing purposes up to date

The person

• Can work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Willing an open to learning new things
• Previous experience of machine operating, or food production/processing would be an advantage

Shift patternWe operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & SundayWeek 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
