Warehouse Operative

• Job Type: (Mon to Fri, 9am to 4.30)
• Location: Dromore, Co. Down, BT25
• Salary: Competitive annual base salary & performance-related bonus

Reed Recruitment is on the lookout for a proactive and self-motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Dromore. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a young and rapidly growing company with a global reach and significant career progression potential.

Day to Day of the role:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching both parcel and pallet orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining high service levels by ensuring low error rates and careful handling of products.
• Assisting with service and maintenance work, as well as the production of hose assemblies.
• Upholding legal compliance, maintenance, and safety standards for all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain enthusiasm to achieve targets and objectives.
• A customer service-oriented approach with a keen focus on delivering excellent service.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• At least 6 months of experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Manual Handling skills.
• A Bendi Licence is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
