Looking for a rewarding role with competitive pay and shift premiums? out client based in Banbury is hiring Warehouse Operatives to support their operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

We operate a 2-shift system from Monday to Thursday, giving you long weekends to enjoy!

• AM Shift: 06:30 - 16:15 (19% premium)
• PM Shift: 16:15 - 02:00 (33% premium for hours worked after 21:00)

• Pick, pack, and manage stock efficiently to meet production needs
• Load and unload goods, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the wider team to support smooth warehouse operations

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
• Comfortable working both shifts as required
