Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Warehouse Operative? If so, we have full time positions available for an immediate start in Northampton, NN4 9EX working on behalf of a well-known British Supermarket! You will be working in a Freezer environment at around -22 degrees.Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:Pre Parity for first 3 months:PM Shift: £15.68p/h | Night Shift:£16.15p/hPre Parity after 3 months:

• PM Shift: £16.43 per hour (14:00pm-22:00pm) Overtime £23.07 per hour
• Night Shift: £16.90 per hour (22:00pm - 06:00am) Overtime £24.83 per hour
• Saturday Shift Premium £0.25p/h Sunday Shift Premium £0.50p/h
• Overtime is paid when you have completed your weekly hours.
• Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30)
• Weekly pay - every Friday
• 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
• Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:

• 2pm-10pm (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
• 10pm-6am (Rota with any 5 out of 7 days including Saturday & Sunday)
• Rota: Given 1 year in advance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
• Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
• Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness

Experience, skills, attributes and the person:

• Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
• Motivated and committed
• Driven with high personal standards
• Ability to meet targets within set timescales
• The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
• Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
• Previous Freezer warehouse experience is desirable
