Christmas Warehouse OperativeThatcham£11.44-£14.65 per hourDay Shift (10:00-18:00)Night Shift (18:00-02:00)Pertemps are recruiting for day and night shift warehouse operatives for Gist in Thatcham.This position is temporary until the New Year, working full-time hours, five shifts from seven, inclusive of one weekend shift per week, and involved picking food orders for distribution to stores across the southern region.About the Warehouse Operative role:Picking food products using a voice pick system via a headsetBreaking down pallets of products and allocating goods to item locationsWorking in a chilled and ambient working environmentAchieving pick targets as set out by shift managementOther duties which may include heavy liftingThe successful Warehouse Operative will:

• Have a good attention to detail
• Be reliable and have a positive work ethic
• Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Be punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
• You will ideally have some form of warehouse experience, however this is not essential, as full training will be provided
