Warehouse Operative - 24-7 Recruitment Services Ltd : Job Details

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team for one of our leading customers based in Banbury OX16.

Our client are a leading wholesale meat supplier to the butchery and food service industry in the UK, they Supply a comprehensive range of quality wholesale meat, poultry, game and deli products. We have a proven track record in supplying a diverse customer base including Restaurant Groups, Airlines, Cruise Ships, High Street & Catering Butchers, UK Multiples and Online Businesses.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

We are looking for people who can start ASAP!

Working for a fast-paced and growing company you will be expected to:

• Picking orders using an electronic scanning system.
• Moving boxes (up to 25 kilos per box) therefore manual handling is a large part of the role.
• Working in a cold Warehouse environment of temperatures (2 degrees Celsius).
• Ensuring the Warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
• Assisting in other areas of the Warehouse as and when required.
• Ensuring GMP standards are kept to a superior level at all time using a clean as you go method.

Nights 5pm-3:30am so must have own transport

Pay Rate of £12.00 - £12.50 per hour

30-minute unpaid break
