We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Tilehurst. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organised, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a stable work schedule and is perfect for individuals looking for an immediate start.

• Loading and unloading goods of goods up to 25kg
• Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.
• Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimising space utilisation.
• Operating and handling equipment and machinery following safety guidelines.
• Picking and packing orders with attention to detail.
• Managing inventory by utilising RF scanning equipment and maintaining detailed logs.
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

• Experience in a warehouse role is preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
