Warehouse Operative - Reed : Job Details

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the logistics sector for a skilled Warehouse Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who has a valid Forklift Reach licence and is looking to advance their career in a dynamic warehouse environment, based in Leamington Spa. 

• Operate forklift equipment to move and stack materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate and safe handling.
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and sorting of products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

• Valid Forklift Reach licence is essential.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
• Excellent team working and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and records.
