Warehouse Operative - Reed : Job Details

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking warehouse operatives. A successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Although having a valid forklift certificate is not needed, it is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with regular stock checks and audits.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition, as the role involves lifting and moving heavy items.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
