Warehouse Operative - Challenge-trg Recruitment : Job Details

We have a new and exciting role for you to become a Warehouse Operative! This opportunity will allow you to become a part of a well-known distribution centre managed by Wincanton in Stafford, ST16 1GY.

Your payrate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• Basic rate: £11.79p/h
• Overtime basic rate: £17.26p/h
• Saturday additional £1.95p/h
• Sunday additional £4.88p/h

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• You will be working on rotational shift Monday to Friday from 06:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm.
• Permanent PM shift - 2pm until 10pm. 6 hours on day rate and 2 hours on night rate

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking manually to trolleys as well as using totes and electronic RDT devices.
• Picking on LLOP to cages, using electronic RDT devices
• Loading and unloading pallets and cages
• Managing waste
• Every warehouse position requires a certain level of physical fitness. You will be doing a significant amount of walking and there will be extensive manual handling.
