Warehouse Person/Driver - Parkside Office Professional : Job Details

Our client based in Colnbrook are looking for a Warehouse Person/ Driver.Salary is dependent upon experience. The prospective employee is required to hold a full driving licence, maximum 3 points and minimum 1 year driving experience. DBS & 5 year reference checks also applicable.All training will be provided, duties include: Driving - Collection & Deliveries (small van, Transit or Caddy)Occasional distance driving (small van, Transit or Caddy)Manual Handling of GoodsGoods Booking in and out.Check weigh freight and note dimensions.Cargo LabellingDangerous Goods awarenessDamage ReportsCargo ManifestingManual Bond CheckDaily Vehicle & Forklift Checks/LogbookPicking and packingDocumentation checksAdhoc admin duties Hours are Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30 and an hour for lunch. There are occasions that you may have to stay late to complete a task which is paid at the hourly rate.The warehouse also has an On Call rota for certain clients which can be at any hour including weekends, this is paid generously.
