Warehouse Supervisor/Driver - red recruitment : Job Details

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor/Driver in South London to join our client, a family-run business that offers a wide range of services regarding furniture handling and removals in the London, Surrey, and Kent areas.

This role will require you to work in the warehouse 1/2 days per week and 3 days delivery driving.

The salary for this position is £30,000 per annum and is a Monday - Friday position only.

Package for a Warehouse Supervisor/Driver:

• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: South London/Surrey

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor/Driver:

• Working in the warehouse 1/2 days a week, driving and delivering the items 3 days a week (in the South London/ Surrey area)
• Providing removal porter/driver services to customers and clients
• Packing and unpacking customer goods when required
• Being able to safely load/unload the vehicle and safely move the client's belongings
• Ensuring container movements are tracked accurately and the crew get clear instructions at all times
• Delivering a practical, helpful and friendly service to both colleagues and customers

Key Skills and Experience of a Warehouse Supervisor/Driver:

• You should have a trackable employment history covering 3 years minimum
• Reach forklift license is essential
• A minimum of 3 years driving experience and no more than 6 points on your license is preferred
• You should have a flexible approach to working patterns
• Removal delivery experience is preferred
