Warehouse Supervisor - Key Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Key Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well established company based in Waterlooville. 

Main duties will include:

• Supervising and motivating the warehouse and driving team, including all Warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics functions
• Route planning
• Providing clear leadership to team members
• Managing inbound/outbound yard and ensuring vehicles are unloaded and loaded safely
• Assist with the day-to-day use of the Warehouse Management System
• Assist with any fleet issues with may occur.
• Ensuring compliance with company health and safety requirements at a floor level

Key Skills:

• Previous Supervisor experience is essential
• Forklift experience is essential
• Experience in a logistics background is preferred
