Our client in Basildon are looking for an experienced warehouse team leader to join on a permanent basis and keep the warehouse in order.

Ideally you'll do a night shift Monday - Friday 2am - 11am.

Alternatively you can do bi-weekly shift pattern including 11am-8pm.

Responsibilities:

• Looking after a small team of up to 5 in the warehouse at any time
• Providing training and support to staff as needed
• Overseeing warehouse management systems, ensuring accuracy in inventory control and reporting
• Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain organised environment, optimising space utilisation
• Regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are followed to maintain safety.
• Collaborate with logistics team to streamline business processes

Requirements:

• Warehouse leadership
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting
• Driving license

Benefits:

Package up to £28,000 basic
