Warehouse Supervisor - Time Recruitment : Job Details

Our well established client based in Rochdale is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key role information.

• Orders / deliveries are processed accurately, and all orders are dispatched as requested
• All orders are processed on the day they are required to be shipped and as per customer instructions, as according to warehouse procedures as we ship internationally and within the UK
• A brief knowledge of international shipping
• Managerial responsibilities when warehouse manager not on site, warehouse staff time keeping ect.
• Manage stock rotation and quality
• Opening up the warehouse pre staff arriving and locking up post DX Express pick-up when manager not on site (Monday and Wednesdays and when warehouse manager on holiday)
• General warehouse and yard up keep
• Racking knowledge preferable
• Taking in deliveries from our tannery and quality checking the stock (candidate will be trained on this)
• Reach and counterbalance truck license is a must have, this will be checked on interview.
• Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday overtime is required depending on demand
• Stock take yearly

The right candidate will be reporting to warehouse manager.

Salary  £25000-£28000 per year
