?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic team of 30 warehouse staff
• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Operate and manage forklifts
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with other departments
• Conduct team meetings and training
• Maintain records and prepare reports
• Efficiently manage stock locations
• Conduct staff one-to-ones and performance reviews
• Handle investigations and disciplinaries

? Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics, with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Forklift operation experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Driving or forklift license preferred, with training available post-probation
