Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor TEMP TO PERMShifts: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm and weekends are 7am - 1pm Sat & Sun Shifts may change to 9am to 6pm after a certain period. Pay rate between £16.00 - £17.00 depending on experienceYou will be paid weekly during your temporary assignment and monthly if you move to a permanent employee for shoal group.Please ensure you have safety boots - steel cap toes and High Vis, if NOT then you are able to purchase some for this job opportunity, for your safety whilst at work.Responsibilities Team ManagementSupervision: Oversee daily Goods-In operations.Scheduling: Plan and allocate shifts.Training: Train new team members and develop skills of existing team.Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance regularly.Goods-In/Out OperationsInbound Processing: Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of goods.Inventory Management: Manage inventory control and reconciliation.Quality Control: Maintain quality standards.Compliance: Ensure operations follow health and safety regulations.System UtilizationGEEK System Management: Use the GEEK system for managing processes.Training: Train team on GEEK system usage.Troubleshooting: Resolve GEEK system issues.Target ImplementationGoal Setting: Set and communicate clear targets.Progress Tracking: Monitor and adjust progress towards targets.Performance Analysis: Analyse data to improve processes.Support and CommunicationTeam Support: Provide assistance and solutions to team members.Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments.Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management.Continuous ImprovementProcess Optimization: Implement process improvements.Feedback Loop: Gather and act on team feedback.Best Practices: Integrate industry best practices.These responsibilities cover a broad range of tasks that a warehouse team leader might be expected to perform, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and high-quality service.Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor Shifts: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm and weekends are 7am - 1pm Sat & Sun Shifts may change to 9am to 6pm after a certain period.
