Warehouse Team Leader Night Shift - Adecco : Job Details

We have an exciting role for a Warehouse Team Leader (Night Shift) at our client's Food Service Distribution Centre in Needham Market. Join a family run foodservice business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Responsibilities:

• Lead the night operations to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
• Support picking, packing, and loading processes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, adhering to Health and Safety standards and Food Safety compliance.

You are:

• Experienced in working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Methodical with great attention to detail.
• Confident in leading a team.
• Familiar with working in a multi-temperature environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and have a 'Can-Do' attitude.
• Flexible in your approach to working hours.
• Well-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.

It's a plus if you have experience operating MHE, Counterbalance, and/or Reach.

In return, our client offers:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000.
• Night shift working pattern - (Sunday 12am-5am, Monday-Wednesday 9pm-6am, Thursday 8pm-6am, Friday and Saturday OFF)
