- Delivering engaging training sessions that keep learners motivated.
- Teaching vocational qualifications and employability skills.
- Assigning and assessing learner work, with helpful and timely feedback.
- Keeping on top of paperwork and responding quickly to IQA feedback.
- Creating lesson plans and schemes of work that bring learning to life.
What you’ll need:To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
- A teaching qualification (PTLLS or AET Level 3 as a minimum).
- An assessor award.
- Experience delivering Business Admin and Warehousing Level 2 qualifications.
