Water Resources Scientist - Junior to Principal opportunities - £35-70k basic DoE plus healthy benefits package.Location: Oxfordshire, UK
Do you have a degree and postgraduate qualification (minimum MSc) in a relevant field?
Have you worked in water resource management within the UK water industry or with UK water regulators?
Are you experienced in using hydrological, groundwater, and water resource modeling tools (e.g., Modflow, Pywr, Aquator)?
Are you familiar with code development using R, Python, or similar languages?
If so our client are looking to hire water resource scientists at varying seniority levels. They are an industry leader in designing resilient and sustainable solutions across natural and built environments, with a focus on water. What You Need to Have
A relevant degree and postgraduate qualification (minimum MSc)
Prior experience in UK water resource management and regulatory environments
Proficiency in hydrological, groundwater, and water resource modeling tools (e.g., Modflow, Pywr, Aquator)
Experience with code development using R, Python, or similar
Some knowledge of demand forecasting, leakage, behavioral strategies, and best-value planning
