Salary: £37,000 - £41,000

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Water Systems Trainer to join our existing team of qualified trainers.
The Opportunity
Are you an expert in Water Systems and Legionella control? We have an exciting opportunity for you to transition into a Water Systems Trainer role, delivering training and assessments to learners across our national training centres. If you're passionate about your field but lack formal training experience, don't worry! We will provide all the necessary training and support to help you become an established trainer.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Delivering City & Guilds endorsed courses on water systems, legionella control, and risk management to adult learners.
- Conducting both practical exercises and classroom-based teaching.
- Supporting learners to meet their professional development goals.
- Working with the Operational Training Manager to update and enhance training products.
- Regular travel to various training centres across the UK, with some overnight stays required.
Key Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- At least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Legionella risk assessment.
- Acting as a Legionella Responsible Person.
- Experience in healthcare with HTM04-01 measures.
- Experience with evaporative cooling systems.
- Legionella inspection, monitoring, maintenance, or consultancy.
- OR a minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing with solid knowledge of the Water Regulations Guide, Unvented Hot and Cold Water systems, and RPZ.
- Level 2 in Maths and English or equivalent.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 Assessor Qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1).
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET).
- Level 4 Quality Assurance Qualification.
