WEB ANALYST- FARNHAM

THE COMPANY
I am headhunting on behalf of a tech driven, health and wellness business on a core Web Analytics position.
THE ROLE
The successful Web Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Lead the tracking and reporting of key metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Develop insights into user behaviour and journey across our website and subscription funnel
- Analyse how customers interact with our site and subscription services, providing actionable insights into conversion rates, churn, and user engagement
- Work alongside the marketing team to assess the impact of paid search campaigns, social media marketing, and content strategies on traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition
- Use web data to track KPIs, identify opportunities to optimise user experience, and improve website performance
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Web Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with hands-on experience in implementation, event tracking, and building reports
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
- Data visualization skills (e.g., in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) are a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings clearly and make data-driven recommendations
- Previous experience in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses is highly desirable
THE BENEFITS
