About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of the company’s websites and newly launched B2B customer portal, ensuring smooth functionality, optimised user experience, and effective product merchandising.

This role is integral to the business's digital transformation and involves collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and client onboarding.

This role will involve the maintenance and management of the three key brand's websites in line with product launches, price changes, user journey development, and regular updates.

Key Responsibilities

Portal Management

  • Lead the project management of the B2B customer portal, including product uploads, troubleshooting, and functionality enhancements.
  • Onboard new customers, providing support and resolving any access issues.
  • Maintain a development roadmap for the portal, implementing feedback from stakeholders.
  • Regularly analyse and report on portal performance to identify trends and opportunities.

Website Content and Product Management

  • Manage and maintain content across three brand websites, ensuring product and pricing accuracy.
  • Regularly review and optimise landing pages for user engagement and SEO.
  • Utilise the Product Information Management (PIM) platform to ensure product data is enriched with accurate and compelling marketing content.
  • Support the development of a platform for selling discontinued stock.

Campaign and Product Merchandising

  • Collaborate with the Digital Campaign Manager to coordinate seasonal banners, product launches, and promotions.
  • Provide merchandising advice to optimise product presentation, categorisation, and user experience.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare performance reports to track key metrics and support decision-making.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Craft, WordPress, Magento, or Shopify).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) for monitoring performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, with experience using tools like SEO Surfer.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve website issues.
  • Copywriting skills for compelling online content.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and customer service.
