Location: KidderminsterHours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00Pay: £18.00 - £22.00 depending on experienceContract: Temp - PermPertemps are seeking a skilled TIG & Stainless Steel Welder Fabricator on behalf of a well-established company based in Kidderminster. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company in a dynamic and supportive environment. Previous experience is essential for this role.The Duties of a Welder Fabricator:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components to meet project specifications.
• Accurately read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques for cutting, forming, and assembling metal components.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet client and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

The Requirements of a Welder Fabricator:

• Proven experience as a TIG welder with a focus on stainless steel fabrication.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Proficiency in using welding tools and fabrication machinery.
• Relevant certifications in welding/fabrication (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
