Welder - Matchtech : Job Details

Our client, a renowned manufacturer in the engineering sector, is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team in Andover, Hampshire. This is a temp to perm role where you will have the opportunity to work on crafting high-quality engineering solutions,

• Performing TIG welding to fabricate copper and aluminium components
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds and fabrications
• Inspecting and testing welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
• Maintaining tools and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Following all safety protocols and procedures

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator
• Proficiency in welding copper and aluminium materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Andover, Hampshire
