Job Description :
Needed experienced Wet Sprayer Uttoxeter st14Main duties will include:
  • Preparing parts including sanding and filling
  • Mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
  • Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts
  • Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
  • Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
  • Checking route cards are for the right part
  • Ensuring protection on the part is correct
  • Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
  • Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery
  • Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
  • Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment
  • Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues
  • Complete and scan route cards
  • General housekeeping duties
Expected hours: 36 per weekAM Shift - 6:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week)PM Shift - 15:30 - 01:00 Monday - Thursday (4 day working week)Pay Rate- 12.50 up to 13.95 depending on experience Benefits:Casual dressCompany eventsCompany pensionOn-site parkingProfit sharingDue to the remote Location own transport is essential
