Our client is a renowned luxury fashion brand, celebrated for its elegant and sophisticated designs. Fashion enthusiasts and celebrities around the world covet the collections. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator to join the team at the London office.

The Details:

• Job Title: Sales & Commercial Support Coordinator - Luxury Fashion

• Location: London (office-based)

• Hours: Full Time

• Pay: to £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate workload and work priorities of the Wholesale Assistant
• Manage sales and customer systems and databases throughout the sales cycle to ensure company, stock, pricing and customer information is accurate at all times
• Support logistics and accounts
• Oversee and manage wholesale customer enquiries by phone and email
• Manage the Sales Sharepoint
• Support Sales team for sales periods in Paris. Oversee the wholesale assistant and their responsibilities pre and post sales
• Be responsible for the sample management
• Provide management reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis
• Work collaboratively with production
• Lead on regular potential stockist research, including new areas, competitor activity & collections

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a supporting role within the Fashion industry
• Experienced administrator
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Farfetch, is a plus.
• Be a part of a team that creates timeless and exquisite fashion!
