One of our well-established clients are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wills and Probate Paralegal to join their growing team in South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of probate matters, including drafting Wills, administering estates, and advising clients on inheritance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of Wills
• Support with the administration of estates, including applying for grants of probate
• Communicate with clients, third parties, and government bodies
• Draft legal documents and manage client files
• Handle correspondence and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in Wills and Probate law
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently
