Window Fitter’s Mate - Reed : Job Details

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Window Fitter’s Mate for a temporary position lasting between 2 to 4 weeks starting in mid-November. This role is ideal for someone who has a CSCS card and is ready to assist in window fitting projects efficiently.

• Assist the lead window fitter in installing and fitting various types of windows.
• Help in loading and unloading materials and tools from work vehicles.
• Prepare work areas by removing old windows and preparing surfaces for installation.
• Follow all health and safety regulations on-site.
• Ensure tools and materials are handled correctly to avoid damage.

• Must possess a valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience as a fitter’s mate or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Good physical condition and strength, as the role involves lifting and manual labour.
• Ability to follow instructions promptly and accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a strong work ethic.
