We are looking for an experienced Wire Harness Builder to support the design and build of high-performance electrical systems for the automotive and motorsport industries. • Build, assemble, and test wire harnesses for high-performance vehicles in the automotive and motorsport sectors
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accuracy and quality in the harness construction
• Perform quality checks and fault diagnostics to ensure all systems meet the required specifications and standards
• Collaborate closely with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure seamless integration of harnesses into vehicle systems
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols at all times

• Proven experience as a Wire Harness Builder within the automotive, motorsport, or similar high-performance engineering sectors
• Strong knowledge of wiring techniques, electrical systems, and materials used in harness building
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, precise work
• Experience with motorsport wiring systems (Motorsport or Autosport connectors) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
