About the Role:
167 Solutions is partnered with a global blue-chip leader and is seeking an experienced Workday Data Lead to join the team on a 6-month contract, working in a hybrid model with time spent in London. This role is perfect for someone with extensive knowledge of the Workday technology stack and strong expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance. As the Data Lead, you will oversee data management, migration, and integration across various Workday modules to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy and Management: Develop and implement data strategies to support business processes across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
- Data Migration: Lead the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer into Workday systems.
- Workday Configuration: Utilise your knowledge of the Workday technology stack to ensure optimal configuration and customisation of Workday solutions.
- Integration: Manage and oversee Workday data integrations with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely across platforms.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organisational standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, HR, payroll, and finance teams to gather requirements and ensure data-related activities align with business objectives.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of data migration and integration processes to ensure smooth functionality.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday Data Lead or similar role.
- Must-have experience across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of the Workday technology stack including data migration, integration, and configuration.
- Experience working on large-scale data migration projects, with a focus on Workday.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
