Workforce Systems Lead - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyI am currently working exclusively for a Public Sector Client who are looking to urgently bring in an experienced Workforce Systems Lead to join their Workforce and Organisational Development department.

The Role:

• Type: Contract (3+ months)
• Day Rate: £360 - £410 p/d inside IR35
• Location: London
• Hybrid: 2/3 days on-site

What you'll need to succeed

Key experience they're looking for include:

• HR systems subject matter expert
• Experience in project management of system deployment with proven delivery of complex projects
• Experience of managing an end to-end implementation of an HR System
• Technical and practical experience of implementing HR systems
• Team Management
• Experience working with ESR (Electronic Staff Records)

Ideal Skills/knowledge they're looking for include the following:

• Excellent technical systems knowledge
• Have an understanding of Change Management, Human Resource Management and Communication
• Highly skilled in use of translating business processes into workflows within systems
• Able to write reports.
