Workplace Facilities ManagerWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our office in the West End. This role offers 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. If you have a strong background in facilities/workplace management and are passionate about creating an efficient and safe work environment, this could be the role for you!Salary: £45k-65k DOELocation: West End, LondonWorking Hours: 9am - 5.30pmBenefits: Fantastic benefits packageKey Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage office maintenance, moves, and space planning.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Oversee security systems and GDPR compliance.
  • Drive sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Lead and support the reception team.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in workplace, office or facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with external suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
