Our client, the Best Motor Trade Employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller

The ideal candidate will be someone enthusiastic and driven with career aspirations, looking to further develop and progress into Management.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Maximising the productivity, efficiency and utilization of the workshop.
• Maximising sales opportunities through the workshop.
• The allocation of jobs to the technicians dependent on duration, skill level and job requirement.
• Ensuring that any warranty work deemed to be necessary is correctly diagnosed and is authorized by either the warranty controller or the manager.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of sales processes and overseeing a VERY busy workshop with 20+ Technicians

A full clean driving licence is essential.

Working hours/days:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday on rota 8:30am - 12:30pm (1 in 2)

Salary:

£32k basic

£38k++ OTE uncapped and VERY achievable
