Support managers in optimizing workshop operations, repairs, staffing, and downtime.Ensure compliance with standards, EHS laws, and company policies.Maintain safety, stock levels, accurate paperwork, and efficient processes.Deliver excellent service, identify opportunities, and meet goals.Complete required training and uphold health & safety at all timesThe successful Workshop Supervisor will require

You will have an in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and HGV trailersHold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential)Be a fully qualified HGV Trailer Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair or time served
