The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical experience working with farm machinery to join a small, close-knit team. You'll be responsible for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of agricultural vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are restored to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refurbishment and repair of agricultural machinery and vehicles
- General maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Welding and spray painting (if required) (is a great skill to have but not essential)
- Valeting and washing machinery before dispatch
- Managing time effectively across multiple tasks
- Supporting team members and contributing to personal development
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience working with farm machinery (essential)
- Maintenance and repair experience within agricultural, plant, or heavy machinery
- Welding skills (preferred, but training available)
- Self-motivated with a practical, problem solving mindset
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
