About the Role:
We are seeking a Workstream Lead with a strong data background to drive the successful delivery of complex data initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role requires a unique blend of project/program management expertise and deep technical knowledge in data modeling, big data architectures, and key data design principles.
The ideal consultant will be a proven delivery leader with experience in managing cross-functional data projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and collaborating with technical teams to implement scalable and efficient data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists.
Define and oversee data governance, data modeling, and architecture best practices to ensure high-quality data solutions.
Drive the adoption of big data technologies, ETL pipelines, data lakes, and real-time processing frameworks.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements within financial services or other regulated industries.
Establish and refine project governance frameworks, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating data concepts into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong background in project and program management, with experience leading large-scale data initiatives.
Apply KYC Examples
Expertise in data modeling techniques, data warehousing, and big data architectures.
Hands-on understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data processing.
Familiarity with key data design principles, including normalization, indexing, and schema optimization for performance and scalability.
Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Experience working in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, ensuring stakeholder alignment and seamless delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
