Yard Operative - GXO Logistics : Job Details

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Yard Operative to join our team in Leeds for our customer, a clothing brand owned by Morrisons, Nutmeg.

You will be working on a shift pattern from Monday to Friday with the hours from 08:00 to 16:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Load and unload stock via FLT
• Manage and store pallets, cardboard bales, and broken totes
• Perform general maintenance tasks like painting and minor repairs
• Operate equipment such as compactors and jet washers???????

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Valid Counterbalance B1 certificate is required
• Experience in a yard or warehouse environment is preferred
• Background in general maintenance or equipment operation is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards
