• Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (based on experience and payscale)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education. Early Career Teachers (ECT) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach to support young learners
• Ability to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons for Year 1 students
• Skilled in managing behaviour positively and fostering a supportive classroom environment
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Collaborative team player, able to work closely with peers and school leadership
