Your Role as a Year 1 Teacher with Middle Leadership:

• Deliver Outstanding Lessons: Provide engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons to Year 1 pupils, inspiring a love of learning.
• Take on Leadership: Use your expertise to take on middle leadership responsibilities, helping to guide and improve specific areas of the school curriculum or operations.
• Support and Develop Staff: Mentor and collaborate with other teachers, sharing best practices and contributing to the school's development.
• Monitor Progress: Assess and track pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive school improvement and maintain high standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 3 years of experience in primary teaching, ideally in KS1.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent results and maintaining high expectations for pupil progress and behaviour.
• Experience or interest in curriculum leadership, with the confidence to lead a subject or area of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire pupils and colleagues alike.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for school improvement.
