Experienced Year 3 Teacher Needed for a 12-Month Maternity Cover in Salford, M6 Area

Are you a qualified Primary School Teacher with a passion for nurturing young minds? Empowering Learning is currently looking for an experienced Year 3 teacher to join a lovely school in the M6 area of Salford on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver creative lessons.
• Uphold and promote the school's values, fostering respect, responsibility, and a sense of community.

Essential Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in Year 3 but certainly in KS2.
• A genuine passion for educating and inspiring young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• A proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to teaching.
