Must work Full Time for this Year 3 Teacher Position.

For this Year 3 Teacher position, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum which keeps pupils in engaged whilst learning.

As a Year 3 Teacher you will be required to:

• Lead a vibrant and engaging Year 3 class.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Develop and implement creative and engaging lessons that support the academic and personal development of all students.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure effective support and inclusion for all learners.
• Monitor and track progress, setting appropriate targets for each pupil.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates and parent-teacher meetings.
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

The ideal candidate for a Year 3 Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and experience of teaching in a primary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain high standards of behaviour.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for making learning fun and accessible for all pupils
