A vibrant and thriving junior academy are seeking a KS2 Class Teacher to start with them in January 2025. They are seeking an outstanding or potentially outstanding practitioner who is committed, inspiring, and dynamic. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has high expectations of both themselves and their pupils and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Model and disseminate high-quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children.
- Maintain high principles and expectations of achievement and behaviour.
- Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
- Utilise good interpersonal skills to work well as part of our staff team.
- Commit to ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to the wider life at the Academy.
- Share the Trust’s ethos of improving educational standards and the life chances of young people.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Demonstrable experience of high-quality teaching in KS2.
- Ability to create and maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and enhancing the educational experience of the pupils.
- Alignment with the ethos and values of the Chancery Education Trust.
