Teaching Assistant - Year 3 - Glossop Primary School

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in the Glossop area, who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

The successful candidate will be primarily based in the Year 3 class, supporting the class teacher and pupils with day-to-day learning and engagement. The school are looking for someone with prior experience working in a Key Stage 2 classroom, who can bring enthusiasm, strong classroom support skills, and a proactive approach to the role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience supporting teaching and learning in a KS2 setting

• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a supportive nature

• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
