A well-established primary school in Braintree, Essex with a 'GOOD' OFSTED is looking for a motivated and creative Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January 2025. This long-term opportunity will run until July 2025, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to reach their full potential.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to Year 4 students, ensuring that all pupils are challenged, supported, and motivated to reach their full academic potential.
• Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum, adapting activities to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where every pupil feels valued, respected, and encouraged to engage in their learning.
• Collaborating with the Year 4 team, sharing best practices and developing teaching strategies to improve student progress

The Ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS and have a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children.
• Possess a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Be an enthusiastic and caring teacher, committed to providing the highest quality learning experience for every pupil.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
